Santiagueños: Alfajores santiagueños are made with a very dry dough made up of alcohol and aniseed. They are filled with thick dulce de leche and covered with sugar icing. Santafecinos: They consist of a bread yeast dough, butter and several yolks. They are filled with dulce de leche and covered with a white coating. Tabletas mendocinas: Bars made up of a dough mixed with aniseed, yolks and pork fat. They are filled with dulce de alcayota (Spaghetti Squash) and covered with sugar coating. Chartres cordobeses: Rectangular and oval bars of very dry dough, covered with sugar coating.
